Spend a day on the river learning the art of fly fishing with expert guidance. Enjoy cured and smoked trout canapés caught by your guide, before your own catch is prepared fresh by the chef. A refined water-to-plate experience celebrating sustainability, exceptional food, and the beauty of the water. Optional English wine pairing available. All Fishing Equipment Included. An extra fee of £100pp applies to customers wishing to fish the chalk stream (catch and release only). The lake is not catch and release so we ask customers to only catch what you think you can eat!
